The difference between rear tipping and side tipping of dump truck

The high-pressure oil enters the lifting hydraulic cylinder through the distribution valve and the oil pipe, and there is a cab safety guard plate at the front of the carriage. The engine drives the hydraulic pump through the variable box and the power take-off device. The hydraulic tilting mechanism of the carriage is composed of oil tank, hydraulic pump, distribution valve, lifting hydraulic cylinder, control valve and oil pipe. The dump truck is sealed and modified.
The engine drives the hydraulic pump through the gearbox and the power take-off device, and the high-pressure oil enters the lifting hydraulic cylinder through the distribution valve and the oil pipe, and pushes the piston rod to cause the carriage to tip over. Backward tipping is more common, and the movement of the piston rod is controlled by the control system to stop the carriage at any required tilt position. The carriage uses its own gravity and hydraulic control to reset.
When using a dump truck, pay attention to these two points, which can greatly increase the safety and the service life of the vehicle:
1. Don't suddenly push the lifting handle to the "down position" in the middle of full-load lifting.
If this operation error occurs, the carriage suddenly rushes down, which will bring a great impact to the frame, and even an accident may occur. Therefore, it is necessary to avoid the above operations as much as possible. If there are special circumstances, it must be operated carefully, and the landing speed must be slowed down as much as possible, and the carriage must not be suddenly dropped to the ground.
2. Don't use heavy lifting trucks-unloading with heavy brakes
Due to the large inertia of the heavy lifting car, it is easy to cause permanent deformation of the frame, open welding of the carriage and sub-frame, burn the oil pump or damage the sealing ring, damage the hydraulic cylinder, etc., and the service life of the vehicle will be reduced. Accident. Therefore, in general, dump trucks are prohibited from lifting.
